Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Willey and his wife, Janet, have been pastoring the congregation of Femme Osage Church since the late fall of 2019.

Dr. Willey earned his Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary and holds a Doctorate of Ministry degree with an emphasis in Discipleship from Rawlings School of Divinity. Dr. Willey's ministerial credentials are with the Evangelical Association.

Dr. and Mrs. Willey have a combined family of five adult children, six grandchildren, one spoiled Shih Tzu (Cinnamon), and one rambunctious Shih Poo (Buddy).
